Flengi – Points of interests

Residents (150 c 2001) are employed almost exclusively in the agricultural field (cereals, vines, olives), and lately seasonal tourism (several taverns and restaurants). The area was inhabited in prehistoric time and during the Roman time as well but there weren’t found any important clues. The village belonged to the fief of St. Michael’s Church, Kloster and after infectious epidemics were abandoned; in 1541st it was again settled by the refugees running away from Dalmatia.
