Tucepi is a small village in the Makarska Riviera. Today Tucepi is a renowned tourist resort with a marina for fishing vessels, tourist ships and yaht. In 1950 was built the first hotel, hotel Jadran, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and a beach of pebbles and sand.

Today there are several hotels in Tucepi, camping, private apartments and holiday homes. In Tucepi is the longest beach on the Makarska Riviera, 3 km long and surrounded by a pine forest. In Tucepi you can practice all kinds of sports such as tennis (near the tennis courts in Slatina), but also various water sports. In Tucepi every summer there are many cultural events as well as several concerts including the Dalmatian klapa singing. Near the hotel Neptun is the church of St. George, where was buried the Doge of Venice, Pietro Candiano. Among other monuments are three fortifications of 1700: the Fortress of Saric, the fortress of Buselic and the fortress of Lalic. From the village of Gornji Tucepi you will enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Makarska Riviera.
