Church Krk Cathedral, Krk – Don’t miss

The Krk Cathedral is a basilica with three naves of the fifth century. The cathedral was several times enlarged and restored and its interior is rich in works of art, including its marble altar, Gothic statue of the Virgin Mary, the capitals in Corinthian style, the silver shovel, the tombstones of the bishops of Krk, etc.. During the summer many concerts are held in the cathedral.
